As we went through the process of finding a contractor to handle the job, one man stood head and shoulders above all others. From the beginning, Mike Breier of Precision Home Enhancing did all the little things that my wife and I were looking for: he always answered his phone or got back to use in a timely manner; when he said he would be there, he was there; and when he said he would do something, he did it. In short, Mike was a man of his word!

I think most important to my wife and I was that Mike listened to us. He was patient and he took the time to fully grasp the situation we were in, and he realized that not only was this all new to us, but that our situation was, and will continue to be, constantly evolving. As such, Mike became an active participant in our planning discussions and his knowledge and expertise saved us from myriad mistakes along the way. I would be remiss if I did not mention that before any contract was signed or any money changed hands, Mike Breier spend countless hours in my house or on the phone with me discussing plans, possible pitfalls and solutions.

When work began on our house, it was apparent on day one that Mike’s crew at Precision Home Enhancing was a s dedicated, reliable and talented as he is. As the job progressed, my wife and I presented Mike with countless changes and revisions; some minor, some not so minor, and others quite major. Through it all, Mike’s standard response was “Not a Problem”! And, It truly did not appear to be a problem to him or his crew. The work got done and, of utmost importance to us, the work got done on time! Also, although it was an active construction site, Mike’s team was very conscientious of our neighbors and took the care and the time to clean up the property at the end of each day.

As for the work, my wife and I and our kids could not be happier! It was no surprise that mike and his crew put the same effort and attention to detail into their work that he put into the planning! Although the work speaks for itself, I would be doing Mike Breier and hi Precision Home Enhancing crew a disservice if I did not mention that I have lost count of the number of people wo have raved about the quality of work that they did on our home. And perhaps the greatest compliment we can give is that we’ve already recommended them to friends and neighbors who are contemplating extensions or renovations.

For turning our house into a home and making sure we got there as quickly as possible, we will be forever grateful to Mike Breier and his very talented Precision Home Enhancing crew!

As disruptive as redoing our house was, we enjoyed having everyone who works for you around. To a man they are respectful, polite and expert at what they do. You and they provided so many ideas that made the final product so much more practical and beautiful. Thank you.

The kids love hanging out down there with their friends and everything has its own place. Your team is always a pleasure to have in my home, neat, respectful and great with the kids and dogs! It was without question that we chose to have you back again to build an extension off the back of the house. Once again your collaboration with the design plan was greatly appreciated. The backyard bar is both beautiful and perfectly functional, exceeding all our needs and expectations. We receive compliments all the time and love entertaining outside. Your team is like a family and I actually miss those ‘under construction’ days (who ever says that?)!
